Contact lenses — costume or otherwise — are FDA-regulated medical devices. We can’t legally ship them without verifying your prescription. Here’s exactly what we need and how to send it.
What to send
- A clear photo or scan of your current contact lens prescription.
- The full name + phone number of your prescribing doctor.
- Your Quantic order number.
Where to send it
Start here and we’ll reply from rx@hausofelectriclove.com — attach the photo or scan of your prescription to that reply. We typically verify within one business day and ship the same day we verify.
No prescription? No problem.
We can refer you to a local Houston optometrist who does costume-lens fittings. Walk into the Haus and ask, or use the form above.
